مرگ تدریجی ماآغازخواهد شد اگرسفرنكتیم اگرمطالعه نكنیم اگربه صدای زندگی گوش فراندهیم اگربه خودمان بها ندهیم مرگ تدریجی ماآغاز خواهد شد هنگامی كه عزت نفس را درخود بكشیم هنگامیكه دست یاری دیگران را رد كنیم مرگ تدریجی ماآغاز خواهد شد اگر بنده عادتهای خویش شویم وهرروز یك مسیر را بپیماییم اگر دچار روزمرگی شویم اگرتغییری در رنگ لباس خویش ندهیم یا با كسانی كه نمیشناسیم سر صحبت باز نكنیم مرگ تدریجی ماآغاز خواهد شد اگراحساسات خود را ابراز نكنیم همان احساسات سركشی كه موجب درخشش چشمهایمان میشود و دل را به تپش درمی آورئ مرگ تدریجی ما آغاز خواهد شد اگر تحولی در زندگی خویش ایجاد نكنیم هنگامیكه ازحرفه یا عشق خود ناراضی هستیم اگر حاشیه امنیت خودرا برای آرزویی نامطمئن به خطر نیندازیم اگر به دنبال آرزوهایمان نباشیم اگر به خودمان اجازه ندهیم برای یكبار هم كه شده از نصیحتی عاقلانه بگریزیم بیایید زندگی راامروزآغاز كنیم! بیایید امروز خطركنیم! همین امروز كاری بكنیم! اجازه ند هیم دچار مرگ تدریجی بشویم! شاد بودن را فراموش نكنیم! پابلو نرودا
