A disabled woman has claimed she checked herself into hospital after Johnny Depp's bodyguards roughly tackled her.

Robyn Ecker told police they grabbed her wrists and dragged her to the floor after she got too close to the Pirates of the Caribbean star during an Iggy Pop and The Stooges concert earlier this week.

The 52-year-old has filed a complaint about treatment she supposedly received while enjoying a gig in the $600 per seat VIP section at Los Angeles' Palladium venue on Thursday.
