SMN Summer School Scholarships, Norway |

Deadline: 15 April 2011 Open to: students of chemistry and physics at the bachelor’s and master’s level Scholarship: 25 000 NOK (3,165 EUR) for 6 weeks Centre for Materials Science and Nanotechnology (SMN) at the University of Oslo announce this summer scholarships for students at the bachelor’s and master’s level. Fellows are supposed to do plain research tasks by SMN. It is desirable with some background in chemistry and physics. The theme of the task will be determined in consultation with SMN, and can not be part of any student’s master’s or graduate work. Scholarship is 25 000 NOK for 6 weeks – with the possibility of reduced scholarships and position. 6 to 8 summer scholarship will be available. The application must include: * a brief motivation Remember to specify whether you want full scholarship period. The application deadline is April 15, 2011. Students who have not previously received a summer scholarship at SMN will be preferred. |
