Dear Sina
as you say you are 19. and student. so you have time to finish your Bsc studies in iran. I highly recomend you to improve your general; english language and also get famiar with IELTS exam skills.cause the best visa for you to my opinion is student visa. in wich you can apply yourself or ask agent (vakil) for it.
but without IELTS exam result there will be no enterance permission to australia
On the other hand you can get some skills in your own field and better to be some creditable certificates to build a CV.
