 Peace is the lofty ideal and objective of divine religions. Wherever distanced from the reality of religion and religious orders, peace, in different periods of history, has been construed by humankind in different ways.

 Today's loose and diverse interpretations by the West, which basically aim to take advantage of this ideal to improve the hegemonic self-assertion of a commanding minority, raises the question that whether the words peace and peacemaking are being abused by hegemonies as a pretext for hiding their crimes against humanity.

 Meanwhile, only referring to the reality of religious, and the divine exemplar of peace, can draw a comprehensive and helpful picture of this fundamental need of human both for today and future, making it possible to come over the existing problems arisen by current abuse of peace and peacemaking.

 Peace is interpreted by theistic religions as "justice-based peace" and put and end to currently dominant restricted, biased viewpoints, establishing a solid base for peace based on human synergy.

 Today's world is facing with serious challenges that are partly triggered by the abuse of peace and peacemaking. Therefore, Islamic World Peace Forum has been formed with the aim of establishing a fair world peace, filling the existing gap between human and religion.

  Objectives

 Necessities of modern age and the Islamic World, and innate roots of pacifism in religious ideas underline the establishment of Islamic World Peace Forum. Thus, the objectives of Forum are as follows:

1. Reinforcement and development of peace at international level, and combating terrorism

2. Striving for global convergence on peace and fighting against warmongers

3. Making peace on the basis of religious beliefs.

4. Striving for convergence of NGOs and elites who think of lasting peace

5. Supporting to make lasting Islamic peace in the world

6. Introducing the World of Islam as the victim of terrorism

7. Striving for global alliance of religions in peace

 Constitutions of Islamic World Peace Forum.

Islamic World Peace Forum is a non-governmental organizational with a board of trustees, strategic council and secretary general that undertake its activities through committees and departments below:

 Research and Scientific Committee: the duty of this committee is planning strategies, carrying out research, scientific supervision, preparing scientific plans, determining the subjects of symposiums and assessment of scientific texts.

1. International Committee: the duty of this committee of to identify audiences and interact with them, cooperate with foreign organizations and reach an agreement with them, invite foreign guests, and coordinate trips, plans and international relations.
2. Cultural and Publication Committee: the duty of this committee is to publish books, hold fairs, produce cultural and artistic products and engage in media activities.
3. Meeting Committee: the duty of this committee is to plan the strategies of symposiums, making decisions about holding meetings and symposiums at international level.

 Departments

 Department of Religions: the duty of this department is to study and discover the elites of communities, societies and those who are active in dialogue among religions, and developing relationships in line with the objectives ofIslamic World Peace Forum..

1. NGO: the duty of this department to identify and examine the objectives and biases of NGOs which are involved in peace and human rights, and developing relationships with them according to predetermined conditions.
2. Department of Academia: the duty of this department is to establish communication with academia who are peace and human rights activist, which include scholars, students of the academic world.
3. Department of Women: the duty of this department is to examine objectives and activities of all peace and human right activist societies and communities in the realm of women.
